I must be one of the few people that use the include PDF Manual through the in-game link, because I have seen no mention of the missing Page Numbers in the Table of Content, Indexes and Software License(?). Is this missing content or has it been removed for some reason?
I have verified this to be a problem in version 1.00 and 1.08. Although I did note some minor content change between the versions.

I'm not seeing any page numbers listed in the Table of Contents, either. Are they supposed to be there?

Probably no one noticed the missing page numbers... most people don't stare at them as they flip the pages
