Loading of Autosaved games don't initiate ship movement |

Description
When you load a game that was autosaved the ships you have setup for automovement have their full movement, but aren't initiateing their movement at the start of the load.
This may indicate other automated steps that are suppose to occur at the start of a player's turn isn't being done as well.
