Continuing a TCP/IP savegame |
I'm playing a TCP/IP 3 player game in the office. We connected fine the file transfered fine and we played about 40 turns and then it was the end of the day so we decided to save it to continue later. Just to make sure that it works, we tried to connect back together right after and we can't, As host , I selected load game and reload the save and said yes when asked if I want to continue in TCP/IP mode. The save seems to load fine showing all the player races and AI races with a waiting for players to connect in the status box. but my co-worker cannot connect back into it. They were selecting new game, multiplayer, etc and to connect to the I but it comes back with unable to establish connection. Is this the correct way of resuming a MP save or is there another way to do it on the player side.

We hit the same problem unfortunately... if anyone has found a way to reload this TCP/IP MP games and allow the remote players to reconnect please let us know
