Comparison button causes crash |
I haven't seen this reported, but maybe someone else has seen this. I've discovered another empire in a small galaxy game, but when I go to empires screen, and push the comparisons button, the game crashes with an error. Anyone else seen this problem?

I have the same sysmtem and SLI 7600s as will with 2 gb ram, and my game crashes. it doesn't matter what i'm doing sometimes i can reload the game and get 2 or 3 truns before it crashes again. I just reload load the auto save. sometimes i have to try two to three time before the auto save doesn't crash. the main error i get is "TDirect3Dxfile.start not found". I do a search for the file and sure enought the file not on my system. Also during the game i get bright white flashes on my screen and when the game crashes it a blank white screen. I have tryed to different setting on graphics hardware acceleration with no result.

Seems this is tied to a custom game. If I do a quick start the comparison button works fine, but in a new game with a custom race I get a crash with an access violation error. Am I the only one?
