In 1.08 steam, the minister that is responsible for miving ships sometimes is zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Some games work, others is on strike.
Any workaround / fix ?
If not work, don't work fron start to finish of the game, as far as i know.
If work, work.
Also, the minister that build ships, build only the latest design, don't care for what it is......

Ministers Suck
Post says it all. AI simply isn't as good as a player, doubly (triply!) so if you only give it parts of the control, since it has to guess yuour strategy then.
