I have not been able to find this in the manual. But I was wondering, if se5 has the ability (even if its kind of clunky like se4) to have ralley points made for your shipyards? If so how do you do it?

To make a waypoint...

Use Ctrl + # (choose a number 1-9) to assign a waypoint in a desired sector. Under Queue settings, scroll down to move to and select your waypoint. Clunky yes.
