Mislabelled and out of order...

On the tactical combat screen you have buttons that will toggle movement paths and weapon range circles.

The pop-up hint for both of these buttons says the hotkey is F6 but the hotkey for range circles is really F5.

Moreover, this may just be me but the hotkey assignments should be in numerical order--left to right--in other words, either move the range circle button (hotkey F5) to the left of the movement path button (hotkey F6) or make movement paths and range circles F5 and F6 respectively.
