Description
AMost of teh time when using teh Recovery option to recover drones I get a CDT. Attached is a repeatable save.
1. Load the save game
2. Use the Next Fleet button to find the Fleet
3. Selece the Recover option
4. Select a drone and try to recover it
5. You should get a CDT

Workaround
Workaround- use the Transfer Cargo button (t) rather than Launch/Recover.
Recovery CTD
I've seen this as well for fighters and satelites. I cannot recover them once launched without have a crash. If I use the cargo transfer instead of recovery, it doesn't always work. Also, I have frigates that have cargo capacity and satellite launchers, and the computer says I cannot recover my satellites using these, and yes they had launchers with capacity and plenty of cargo space, so there's no reason they couldn't recover the satellites.

Recovery bug
This issue has been addressed in the latest version (1.13):
3. Changed - Drones can now be recovered on ships. Drone Launcher component will allow you to recover drones.
Upgrade to 1.13 and try this again.
