Description
There are a couple of bugs related to the layout changes in the patch. Since they're kind of the same thing I'll put them all here:
1. On the ship summary screen (bottom of system view) the current orders window displays the help text for salvage value.
2. In the intel screen the help text for defensive spending still refers to buttons for adjusting defense.
3. The "total spending" window at the bottom of the intel screen is redundant with the new spending rules.
