Quantum Reactor bug? |
I have SEV 1.74, just patched to this version last week.
In my current game, I have a light carrier with 40 fighters guarding a WP. The carrier is equipped with 4x ordinance vat and 4x Quantum Reactor.
The Carrier can hold up to 22000 supply, and only sees combat about once every 5 or 6 turns.
I have no problem at all maintaining full ordinance for the fighters, but the carrier was LOSING 1520 supply each turn instead of generating it. The system the Carrier is protecting is a nebula, so a solar collector would be useless.
I don't remember the QR draining supplies like this in the previous version, nor do I remember which version I had before. Is there a way to fix this bug?
Carrier current specs:
12x Quantum Engine lvl 10. 1 of them 72% damaged
22 level 9 fighter bays. 3 damaged: 100%, 72%, 22%
4 level 25 ordinance vats
4 level 10 quantum reactors
6 level 4 Phased-Shield generators
4 Level 40 Shield Regenerators
And of course the bridge, life support, and crew quarters.
The fighters are all Large with the specs:
18 small quantum Engine level 6
9 small shield generator level 50
12 small armor level 50
Afterburners level 5
4 small electric discharge level 45
cockpit, life support

Fighters themselves all store Supply, it could have been your ships were really thirsty or somethin'

Well, the problem seems to have fixed itself after I sent several freighters full of supplies to fill the carrier back up. It's now generating supplies just like it should be.
