You'd put the link to the picture in an <img> </img> tag.

AFAIK this site does not provide general image hosting. There is a "gallery," but that is not an appropriate place to upload random images that are only of relevance to a particular post.

I was thinking of uploading from my PC straight into a thread. I'm was in another forum that allowed that (or used to).

I think most posters use one of the image storage sites on the net and post a link to it.
