A game I am in has 9 out of 15 players. The host wants to wait till we have 15 players before starting.
For me the interesting part is having limited resources. I think it will make an interesting game. It'll be different from the usual sort of game. Anyway if you're interested you can find it on PBW.

Influence Victory: A faction of no more than 3 players may win the game when they have 500% more colonies than the rest of the factions. The counter starts when an alliance acquires 300 colonies and is checked every 5 game years.

Sounds interesting. I look forward to failing spectacularly, as I have never played Devnull or limited resources before
