? on Race - Happiness |
Hi guys, check all the site major site and couldn't find any answers, so here I am. What is the different between Race - Happiness and Planet Population Happiness. I saw somewhere that the Race - Happiness was broken, did it ever get fix. I just noticed it this morning and well got curious about it. Thank for any info.

Just going by the names themselves, Race Happiness is how happy your starting race is. Planet Population Happiness is how happy a certain planetary population is.

I think at some point, "Race - Happiness" didn't work but it might now. I haven't switched it back though in the Balance Mod. It's worth testing to see if it does work.
On a theoretical basis, I think the "Race - Happiness" ability would work on the empire's native race only and be retained if that population was in another empire. The "Planet Population Happiness" ability would work on all races in an empire.
