Description
All sector-wide and space object stellar abilities are destroyed on every turn. This includes ruins and storm effects.

Ruins destroyed every turn
I think this issue should be resolved in v 1.13:
2. Fixed - Ruins on planets were disappearing after the first turn.
Get the latest patch and give it a shot!
