Hey,
As I understand it militia is the oldest Troop you have in your design page. So to make My militia stronger if I put off creating a troop for a few turns in the begining until I have higher level armor/DU cannons/Troop lvl, am I correct in assuming those will be my militia or do they have to be lvl 1 or something?
If anyone knows this for sure, please let me know.

I thought it was whatever your weakest troop was. I had an old troop design I never used so I edited it assuming it would be chosen when my planets were attacked, but instead it used a recent design, possibly my most recent. It might be that having edited the oldest design the next oldest became the default.
