Description
The fact that it takes 2 whole turns to send a message is really annoying, it should be received the next turn, not the turn after next. Also, as a result of the major lag between messages, I found a bug. I ordered an empire to surrender multiple times, they refused, I gave up and wiped them out, then the turn after they had died I received a message saying they surrendered and I suddenly received all of their resources and technology despite the fact that they didn't exist any more.
