Description
Whenever using sabotage on an enemy planet, and I get the message "their planet has defected and joined our empire," instead of actually joining my empire, it randomly spawns a new neutral empire on that planet instead. Then, the new "empire" doesn't actually do anything other than sit there.
Updates
Glad someone noticed this. It sometimes doesnt do anything at all! I once had an AI player onn the run and supposedly defected several of it's colonies in one turn, except only one went rogue, and the rest just stayed theirs. Later in that game, supposed defections did not happen at all, though I was wondering if that might be because with so many players already, and with the planets not defecting to me like they were supposed to that maybe the computer just didnt do anything instead of increasing the number of players beyond its settings.
