Description
When researching Biological Technology (have the game in german and dont know english names for it), there are severel Levels without any changes.
I researched now over 50 Levels and o change, where normally the bio buildings on the planet should be "upgraded", so they were placed in the wrong research tree.
In german both are named "Biotechnologie" and one is theoretic with two levels, there are the buildings placed, and the other with several levels is empty.
Is it possible to fix it manually?
