What makes a warp point "uncloseable"? |

And here I thought I finally had a way to deal with that stupid outlying border system with its hard-to-defend warp point... just close it. Turns out I can't though; I get the message that "this warp point is protected from closing" or something like that, from either side. The same happens in any other system I have tried it. So what makes a warp point eligible/ineligible for closing? Can I just affect the ones I created myself?

Actually, no. It's under "planetary defenses" or something like that.

The System Gravitational Shield facility will prevent most stellar manipulation in a system, including opening or closing warp points.
