Is there any way to use Disposable Components from within a fleet?
If not, there should be.
I've found that if you're building a repair ship anyway, loading an Emergency Propulsion in it is well worth it, except that once I put it in a fleet (that goes faster than it without the EP), I have to take it out of the fleet to use the EP.

Yup, similarly having a small fleet to protect your mobile shipyard or stellar engineering ship is annoying.
