Description
Initially this isnt present during a start of a game, but as the game progresses the bug slowly takes over gameplay. The camera movements stop being smooth and the camera start to "hesitate" as you move it around, and unit movements start to act strange where the units will twitching back and forth as they move on. This continues until "backwards twitch" movement gets the upper hand and they'll be moving backwards instead of where they're supposed to go, resulting in a completely unplayable game.
This proplem doesnt stop even after re-starting the client, indicating strongly that saving the game saves the progress of this bug. This means that the current saved game will be completely unplayable after 150-200 turns. This has happened on 2 saves now and if this is something that can't be resolved quickly i'll be really dissapointed since i just bought this game.
Attached is a savegame where this bug is present

This bug is because the game isnt compatible with (at least AMD 4200+ dual core), by setting affinity to 1 core in the Task bar for SE5 the bug goes away.
This bug will make the game completely unplayable after X amount of turns, so users that dont know how to disable 2 running cores won't be able to enjoy the game on dual core (assumably quad core also)
