Bug or just vista? |
I have a problem with SE V. Sometimes I can't load saved games, even autosaves are ruined.
What I can see: When this happens, the flags from the saved game's description disappear, I can save again, but after I quit the game, I can't load it.
Is it a known bug, or I am the first and lucky one? It ruined 4, 4 day long games...

I'm tempted to blame Vista, but I recently ran into a similar problem with a savegame for a Balance Mod game.
Come to think of it, that savegame wasn't generated on my WinXP system. (I was trying to diagnose a problem with someone else's PBW game.) The save that showed the problem with the flag (from a custom shipset, if that matters) was run offline on the game host's computer. I wonder if he was running Vista? Hmmm...
