Is there a generic vehiclesize.txt file to enable the extra hulls?
Is that the only file I need to make them work?

The Stock+ hulls are already called for by the data files and will be used automatically. The NS hulls require adding new vehicle size entries. How exactly you fit them into the tech tree and such is not an arbitrary decision.
