I have a problem with the graphic games. There are white flashing bar at the top of the planets and vessels. I installed the patch 1.71, and the problem does not solve it.

hmmm, sounds like vid card or resolution, used to have that prob till i got another gig of ram and it was fixed, also couldnt minimize or play full screen cause it was so inneffiecent on a widescreen HD monitor
try playing full screen and minimizing, post what happens
