Can you open more than one warp point in the same sector in SEV?
In SE4 you could.

Yes.
It probably would have been quicker for you to just try it instead of asking and waiting for a reply.

Brad is still right. Just make an all-tech SOLO game, and spend a few dozen otherwise identical turns building and playing around with Warp-point openers and closers.
