UNSC Shipset |
Im pretty sure that alotta people, including myself want a ship set for halo, even a simple one. I cant make models for various reasons mainly casue im a text modder, (ok, maybe a bit of entity editing but its all the same thing!)and dont know how. Would anyone be interested in making a shipset for the UNSC as we already have the covenant shipset and race picture in stock (Ukra Tal, and pic of prophet)

cant wait to see it, i havent done mch on my mod becuase oif a masive problem concerning ship structure and an inactive feature that is neccesary to my mod, i posted in tech help but its ben 4 days and noones answered, so i kinda gave up and ive hardly had any time to do anythinga nyway with a ton of work etc.
Cant wait to see shipset though

I've uploaded the HALO aka DarkTerran shipset to my filefront site (http://hosted.filefront.com/IsoPsyco/), its rough in the textures on some of the ships and troops due to getting it out as soon as I could. I'll continue to update the set when time permits. Its a workable shipset so feel free to use it.

thx for the shipset, but did you just make your own ships for them? cause only a few of the space look like halo, if ou need links for pics i can furnish them, cause colony ships have pics of the spirit of fire in halo wars whichis a phoenix class colony, there are pics of marathon and halcyon class cruisers which are nearly identical. frigates you did great as are the ground units, just on ething, with next release could u make it so the pelican is also a type of fighter, maybe light fighter or something cause im not sure about putting i n shuttles

I could only find two that were HALO pictures (mainly from your posts and some others). So if you have pics of other ships lead me to them and I'll start replacing the ships with new ones.

Requests, (If its tooooooooo hard forget it)
-Switch frigate and cruiser
-make destroyer more intimidating version of cruiser thats slightly longer and much thicker.
-make carrier darke to match other ships and look more realistic
-add running lights on the ships (if possible)

kick @ss colony ship, can do the ships (most likely the running lights also). Will implement suggestions soon as possible.

yeah, ohbtw, pls make their dreadnought loook like this pls,a s dreadnoughts are deleted and replaced with a forerunner dreadnought for all races.

I've started (and almost finished) with a HALO shipset. I have all the ground units done (Warthog, Masterchief on a rocket pack, Scorpion tank and a tallon fighter) with a basic shipset based off the only two images I've seen of UNSC ships. Due to the big scary microsoft monster I'm calling the shipset Dark Terran (you can see some of the work over at the BSG forum at SE net).
I've only the colony ship to complete, mine, drone and sat. Lots of texture tweaks left to do though. I you really want a basic set I could finish it up with some fill in textures and units and post it.
