Questions on Patch 1.66

I have not played SE:V in a while like since the 1.30s something patch many months ago. I was wondering two things. First off yes in notes say AI is improved but the real question which the players can better answer how much? Does it seem a lot smarter and more of a challenge now? Also the other thing I was wondering what there was a bug as I recall by turning up time acceleration it didn't all PD to fire as often or something like that allowing missile weapons to be much more powerful then they should of been was this fixed?

Regarding the AI, yes it was improved a bit. Saying that, it still sucks in stock. You still need a mod to get even decent AI - Unnamed's Mod, Balance Mod, etc. My baseline for the AI is now Balance mod to be honest as I don't ever play stock anymore. I can't see ever going back to stock now that I've played Balance Mod either. Alot of other mods base off of Balance and then tweak it from there so that gives you an idea of how integral to the game Balance mod has become.
