ok, so in stock it doesnt regenerate after a battle...
Do any of the mods make it regenerate after the battle? Also is the regeneration process have a heavy usage of supplies?
And as a rule of thumb the supply destroying/ or transferring of supply deplete your supply rather quickly? like if I only have supply from engines would this kind of weapon pose a threat?...say if I was rp-ing an organic and not using shields would this kind of weapon tear though my ships?

That's not a good plan... he's only got so much time in the day, and wasting it all with dozens of duplicate emails isn't very productive...

Some of the bug reports I have sent to him have made it into the patch lists. That's good to see.

It's not regenerating after combat is a hard code issue and can't be influenced by mods. I'm pretty certain it's just an oversight by MM and he just needs to be reminded about it.
