End of turn hangs for a while - at next turn ships don't move anymore |

Description
After end of turn processing (text above the blue line disapperad already) the game hangs for 2-3 minutes.
If you change to any other program during this time you get an error and then game crashes.
If you wait the game comes back to the system view, but the ships don't move anymore. You can see their orders and if you give them new they move again.
The next end of turn the same thing happens.
I play with Balance Mod 1.14.
