SEIV Proportions game - Replacement player needed

The SE4 Proportions game "Proportional Empires" hosted by Kaar has two recently vacant empires. The first, the New Earth Alliance, is the leader of the human alliance, being itself a major influece in galactic affairs. The second empire, the Rhean Union, is vacant there is already some time, but they still have their homeworld and a couple of colonies. They are also members of the human alliance.

The game is focused on role-playing and is relatively old (year 2417.6). Its one of the best roleplaying Ive ever had for SE.
