Fighter Movement Bug? |
I've noticed something in my current game that I've been using to great effect but I'm not sure if its a bug or a feature. 
I have a fighter squadron, movement 22, going from planet A to planet B 12 hexes away. I land the fighters then immediately re-launch in the same turn. How much movement should they have left in the turn? Instead of coming back up with the remainder of 10 they re-launch with the full 22! So, in one turn I can literally fight multiple battles anywhere in the sector and still have enough movement to move elsewhere, do anything, and still end the turn guarding a warp point. I'm loving it but it just doesn't seem right. 
Just fixing this would make fighters less powerful.

Does this bug occur in simultaneous turn games, or is it limited to sequential turn games only?

I don't think the stacking of move/recover/launch orders would translate well in the simultaneous game, so it's probably really not viable in a PBW game.

Yes, it's a known bug.
