I had a game where 2 warp points appeared right next to a black hole. Because of this it seems to not let me ships move within 2 space of the blackhole which is they end turn in this range they will be pulled into the whole and destroyed. Because of this I can't move my ships back home since it won't let me get close to the black hole.

This also applies to stars
This also applies to stars in some systems. With the option to allow warp points anywhere in a system enabled, it appears that black holes/stars/etc are not 'exempt' and warp points can appear in those sectors making them unusable.
