Quick question. I'm wondering how I can setup the damagetypes so that each weapon hit goes through the shields 10%. Some kind of leaky shields. I've taken a look at how IRM had it setup. It didn't produce the effect I wanted. Say I have a weapon that does 100 damage. Each hit should do 10 damage to armor and 5 to internal. Anybody know how to do this?

At least with armor penetration, you have to keep in mind that each shot will have to penetrate every armor component individually before it can do any internal damage.

What if you copy the Skips All Shields damagetype but change the penetration percentages to 10?
