Biological Description
The Citizens of the Helion Federation are descendants of the old Terran Empire. Luckyly, they settled down on Planets with fresh-water, clean air and paradise-like conditions in an isolated sector of the galaxy. On their paradise-like colonies, they had enough time and space to improve eagerly their physical, psychological, rational and social abilities.

Society Description
The Helion Society is one of the most open and tolerant societies in the galaxy. This led to the fact, that some races envy them for their social stability and standards. Helion Diplomats are often welcomed in critical disputes. They are renowned for their fair diplomatic flair. The Helion Federation is governed by the helion senate and the federal council.

Historical Description
It is a known fact, that the helions are descendants of the old terran empire. After many civilwars and the last war with the Garthog Republic, thousands of citizens left the Terran Empire and found a new home in the middle of stellar nebula, rich of natural resources. 78 years after their arrival, the 9 colonies founded the Helion Federation.

Many years have passed, and the helions looked up to the stars, and wondered what had happened in the galaxy. Many questions came up... what happened to their terran ancestors? Are there new colonies or even another human civilizations.
