Get_Design_Specific_Component_Count
This function let me control how many engine are on a ship, or count only the specific type of engine?
I want to change the requirement in the VehecleSizes.txt to permit only certain number of ENGINE, not MOVEMENT.
Which function can I use?

Ehm... ok, I've seen that the function used in stock make what I want... sorry for this pointless post...
