Screenshot? What of the default Windows way: the "Prnt Scrn" button at the top right of most keyboards? You'll then have to manually paste and save that in a graphics program (e.g. MS Paint).

Rally points do exist, though I'm not sure where they're documented. Hit "Ctrl-1" or whichever number at the sector you want to make a rally point at. Then look in Queue Settings for which rally point (or "waypoint" as it's called) to send finished ships to.
