Am trying to add Sats to all my planets. How do I select them ALL without clicking on each and every single one to add to?

uhm...don´t know if i understood your question right, but there is the construction window where you can select them all. still you need to mark them but not jump around on the map.
not sure if you meaned that already.

Yeah, I keep hoping that one day "Add to all" will do just that.

Unfortunately, there is no way. You could request it, however. The more people that ask, the more likely it is to occur.
