V1.6x broke the tutorial/scenario? |

I'm not sure what patch broke it, but the first I noticed it was 1.63. Seems the tutorial is broken now, has anyone else run into this?
Kinda sucks as my 'mod' is more going to be a series of missions scenarios. Any ideas of a work around or do I need to wait for an official patch?

1.71 runs the tutorial without any problems as far as I can see.

with every new patch the tutorial (should be) updated as well for the people that just bought the game and put the patch on
