its not working the shipsets or balaence mod

No it just dosent show up and when i try to enter the file it says open / downlowd and its us

No iv download it and put it in the gametipes folder as is says but it dosent show up and when i try to put a new rase when i press it it says do you want to open / download and i put this up to see if anyone had tis prob and how thay fix it

and i press open and it just says the same thing over and over

Ok here is whats hapening well iv coped the BalanceModv1.11 to game types as a rar file and i start up good old space empires v and go to new and it gust says sev standerd virsion and ok that a mistory but i said lets look at the how to and a race and mabey find out whats wrong so i cilck 2 times on BalanceModv1.11 rar file and it gose to internet exporer and then it says do you want to open or downloud and of cours i press open and that what i want to do and it then looks like its doing someting but dam it says the same thing and i do not know if it usa or someting i got it form this site and yes i have got xp sadly so whats hapening

yes iv put it on the game tipes folder and its opening up results but oh no i go to sev and go to new game and its no there so whats happing and thanks for telling me you have to use zip but it just no showing up
