Description
Try to fix the AI's internal system of assinging types to ships so that transport ships are identified correctly.

You want to use Sys_Get_Vehicle_Design_General_Type to return the "players" design type, which you can convert to the AI design type.

Hrm...yeah, I'm using that to set Scout ships (so it doesn't assume they are Attack Ships).
I must have overlooked the transport ships, since I didn't add any types. Its still running that part off of the stock AI scripting.
I'll have to slip that in on the next version.
