IRM for 1.63 Available |
Hey Everyone,
I've updated IRM to work with version 1.63

These are simply the old files made to work with 1.63. I dont know whether all of the concepts work correctly as intended but the AI does build an empire. Enjoy

The IRM port to 1.63 is working well, have a game at turn 20 right now. The only 'bugs' I can find are the following : Default AI scripts seem not to be working as I have one added empire at 'aggressive' that is still doing nothing (no ships, no research, etc), all the 'one per ship' components cannot be added due to the new 'wording' of the requirements (ie, the less than one functions) and planet facilities with this as well (though the AI can still add them fine). I also think (though I don't remember right now) that the strategies files are out of date as well with all the new retreat options that we added 1.63.
Fixed most of these myself for my much modded version of IRM but the scripting thing is still beyond me.
Kudo's to Unnamed though, this was my all time favorite mod for seV and its great to play it again!!!
Seeing the Sergetti come at me with fleets of 20 odd ships including carriers and ground troops and a ship total of 60+ at turn 20 is great , lol.

Ooo, that is a feat. Though we'll need testers to check weapons/armour is still balanced. The way how emissive armour works being changed nearly every major patch was a constant headache for IRM's developer.
