Questions about Ability: Shield Generation from Damage. |
My current question is can a component, say, Crystalline Armor as the example, be made to produce phased-shield points when damaged instead of regular shield points?
Or, are the points generated in that manner automatically made that of whichever type of generator you have installed?

The points are of whatever type your shield components generate. It works the same way as shield regenerators in that regard.
