Description
I've been trying to play a game with the mod, but when i try to design my first run of colony ships, none of the colony components are available to put on the ship. i'm running v 1.63 of the game.

There are three new technologies:
Rock Colony Device
Ice Colony Device
Gas Colony Device
Each technology controls the tech level of each colonization component. Each tech level is cheap to research, and has 100 maximum levels. As each level increases, the cargo capacity and hull points of the component go up, while the cost goes down.
The original reserarch is used as a gateway to these other components. This was done to allow for these components to be researched to higher levels without making access to different planet types less expensive.
