If you capture a planet with ressource storage facilities, do you get some free ressources from them in addition to the storage space?

I really wish there was a way to mod in the chance that some tech could be stolen by taking a planet - especially if its a research planet.
Also if there was a facility type, call it what you will, that would sabotage other facilities before the planet is captured. Maybe a Bureau of Surrender, Citizen Honor Guard, Resistance Cell Training Camp, or something.

You could script it in. Just use the message type as your tag to check if the function should fire, do some random/specified calculations on how much and execute the hand-out.

hasn't happened yet in my games but I wouldn't expect it to be programmed to work like that. I think you don't... hmm... to tell you the truth the correct answer is:
