Multiplayer games are done in simultaneous mode. That is the game file is sent out to all the players and they issue their orders (no time frame) and stuff - so no actually movement takes place, just the orders are issued. Then the players send their turns in to the host and the turn is processed and the orders executed. You can watch a movement log and stuff of that sort to see step-by-step your orders issued. All combat and stuff is done in strategic mode and not tactical.

Well just to add to my question
1) How is MP done. Is it a wego turn based? Or is it realtime with numerous speed controls?
2) Or is it old fashined with only PBEM?
3) How stable is it?
