Space Empires IV Multiplayer
"MEE First", a SEIV + TDM-ModPack PBW ( http://seiv.pbw.cc ) game, is seeking up to three additional players. There will be at least twice as many AIs as human players, and the AIs will be set to Team Mode. The victory conditions are to be the first empire to meet the requirements to become Mega Evil Empire.
