I am playing the IRM mod and noticed it is slower turn processing than others I have playeed besides the obvious stated obvious fixes that work with stock is there any thing I can do to speed it up

No, you can't speen it up. My understanding is that the more intelegent you make the Ai, the slower the turn processing. You have it checking more things, before it acts. You could have a dumb Ai, and quick turns, but what's the point?
