Issue tracker broken?

I created a project for my Capship Mod, and entered an issue related to the mod not working under the latest SE5 beta version... Now I can't find that issue anywhere! I noticed when I created the issue that the tracker seemed to have cleared all the fields of the issue when I entered it, as when I got to the confirmation page it said I had created an issue in no project with no title and no version number, etc...
