Flag sizes in Balance Mod |
Although this question is geared toward Capt Kwok if any one else can answer that would be great.
Downloaded the TNG and Kligon shipsets, I couldn't get the .rar to work but was able to get the .zip. Those files have the old larger flags, the question I have is did you just go into a photo editor and change the sizes and if so which editor?
The big flags are kind of annoying...but I really enjoy the shipsets....

While on the subject of custom shipsets, I was playing a BM game in which there was an ai Ngrath (I think that the Ngrath ships are really cool) and ran into a situation where the game carashed when I tried to enter one of their systems. Has anyone else had trouble with the Ngrath in Balance Mod?

Was it a reproducible crash? Do you recall the type of error?

It was reproducible, but I didn't keep a save game and I don't recall the exact message. It was a "connot find . . ." type of error. I will start up a new game with the Ngrath and see if I can get it to happen again.

This is kind of a bump...got the AI's working (thanks for being patient) but since I've downloaded a few more shipsets I was wondering if the flags for Colonial (BSG) and Higgiaran are available some where? I have TMZ small flag mod, but didn't see them in version I have.
If not, is there a instruction on how to modify the flags? With the assistance of the wife, used COREL Draw to try to modify the flags but kept getting a background area that was as big as or bigger than the 'big' flags. Any hints?

TNZ's Small Flag Mod has the trek flags you are looking for. Just scroll down to the fourth post and click on 'Attachment' to download. I am unsure of Shrapnel's policy on direct linking to the download, so I'll just play it safe.
