Need Help With Zero Population |

Space Empires V General
I have a planet that has zero population. It has already been colonized and built a space yard and a couple other facilities on it.
Now all of a sudden it has zero population. There is a spaceport in the same sector, with another planet that has population.
I tried to recolonize it, but the message says that it has already been colonized.
How can I get some population on the planet, so I can build more facilities. (there is a lot of facility space remaining on the planet).

Actually you should be able to transfer pop from a colony ship just as easily.
Did it get plagued or something?

Good point, didn't think of that. A plague leaves 1M population though doesn't it, and if it was a plauge you'd need to cure it before repopulating.

You'll need to build a transport ship to take population over to it. Cargo space will hold population.
